I run a paperless office and I encourage clients to E file tax returns when possible. I also offer clients a PDF copy or a copy on CD of their tax return and source documents to conserve paper and aide clients in storing tax documents. The paperless technology allows me to provide clients a copy of tax documents for the past 6 years with the touch of a button. I have a secure web portal to protect you from identity theft.

I work with several local payroll services, bookkeeping services and the Fort Lewis College Small Business Administration to get you the best product at a reasonable price.

Audits for not for profit corporations are made in association with Taylor Roth and Company PLLC. A Denver based CPA firm specializing in Not for Profit audits and reviews in Colorado and New Mexico. We travel to your location and deliver a draft copy of the audit or review on the last day of fieldwork and a final copy in 6 to 8 weeks.

I am a sole practitioner operating out of my home office, as a client you deal with the owner not a staff member. I am asking you write a $25 dollar check to a local not for profit environmental organization for each box of tax documents you bring to recycle and shred.

It's not what you make, it's what you keep! Simplify. You don't have to buy everything. "Budget your Money." The greater the return, the greater the risk. Have adequate insurance. Have cash savings equal to 3 months expenses. Start saving young. Compound earnings will do amazing things.
